Shipping & Returns
Once payment has been made, we guarantee delivery within 7 days.
Our usual delivery time is within 3-4 days of payment, however this cannot be guaranteed.
When ordering a Bespoke Photocarve we recommend that you send us your image at least 10 days before you'd like to receive it, as initial conversations and edits may also be required, before payment is made.
You will always be asked to sign for your delivery. We will let you know what date your delivery is due – so If you won't be in, we recommend that you ask a favour of a friend or neighbour. Someone that can sign on your behalf.
We deliver to the UK only – however please feel free to email us with regard to international delivery quotes.
We do not accept returns, nor offer any refunds (in part, nor whole) if you simply do not like your Photocarve.
We will always advise on whether a photograph will work well with Photocarve – as of course we want to ensure the highest of quality service and customer satisfaction. We will always advise you if an image will not work well, and there are times where we may re-make your Photocarve (at no extra charge, or added timeframe) if it doesn't meet our own quality assurances.
On delivery – if your Photocarve is at all damaged, we ask that you email us immediately, including clear photographs of any/all damaged areas and packaging.
You will then receive a replacement, guaranteed to be delivered within 3 working days. Please know that this rarely happens – as we only use reputable, and reliable courier services.
